PSG & Juve Enter Race For Liverpool Starlet After Delaying Signing New Deal

Rhian Brewster Liverpool

PSG and Juventus have entered the race for Liverpool starlet Rhian Brewster according to The Sun.

Per the source, Brewster has yet to pen his first professional contract and talks are still dragging out between his representative and the club.

The 18-year-old forward reportedly wants to challenge for a place in the first-team and wants assurances he will get playing time next season.

Brewster has reached an agreement-in-principle but there are still ‘finer points’ that need to be resolved before the deal is signed.

The rising star left Chelsea for Liverpool aged 14 and has already rejected moves to Borussia Dortmund and Red Bull Leipzig.

Brewster was linked with a move to Arsenal and Tottenham recently but Turkish-Football revealed he did not receive offers.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp promoted Brewster to the first-team squad last season but he missed much of the campaign due to injury.

Brewster could return to being a first-team player once he recovers from injury and is fit. The forward is expected to make a return in late August.
