PSV regret failing to sign Man United target Bruma
PSV Sporting Director Marcel Brands has expressed regret over failing to sign Manchester United target Bruma.
Brands revealed that PSV tried to transfer the Galatasaray star but were unable to complete the deal and that they did not have a plan B or C and ended up failing to strengthen the squad as a result.

“We wanted to strengthen the squad in that area, we found Bruma and wanted to transfer him but it didn’t work out,” Brands was quoted as saying by Fanatik.
“We did not have a plan B or a plan C and regrettably ended up with nobody.”
PSV could face competition from Manchester United and Tottenham if they enter the race for Bruma again over the summer.
Turkish-Football recently revealed that both Tottenham and Manchester United are keeping tabs on the 22-year-old winger.
Bruma faces an uncertain future at Galatasaray. Despite being one of the most impressive players for the Lions this season the Portuguese international has fallen out with recently appointed manager Igor Tudor.
Tudor and Bruma have patched things up since a training ground bust-up which resulted in the Croatian manager dropping his star player.
Bruma did return to the first-team in the Istanbul derby against Besiktas last week and remains the highest rated player – statistically – in the Turkish league according to Whoscored.
