Real revealed that the 18-year-old has been training in the gym and working individually away from the group.

The statement: “Arda Güler and Tchouameni worked out using the indoor facilities and Kepa combined work in the gym with exercises out on the pitch away from the group.”

Güler was in Turkiye over the international break continuing his recovery and meeting family. He was linked with a potential loan move back to Fenerbahce but that was quickly ruled out.

The attacking midfielder will not be leaving Real over the winter transfer window, the club have plans for him this season once he recovers.

The Turkish international has been injured since the pre-season US tour and has yet to play for Real despite recovering twice. Just when he was going to be reintroduced to the team he picked up another injury, twice.

Güler’s latest injury resulted in the dismissal of Niko Mihic, the former head of Real Madrid’s first team medical services.

The 18-year-old is expected to be back in action soon, he is nearing a full recovery and is expected to return to action in December.
