Revealed: Liverpool star midfielder not included in Premier League Asia Trophy squad
Liverpool are set to fly to Hong Kong on Sunday 16 July to compete in the Premier League Asia Trophy.
Central midfielder of Turkish origin Emre Can has not been included in the 25-man squad.
The 23-year-old has not featured in any pre-season game so far.
Can has been given an extended break after competing at the Confederations Cup this summer.
The midfielder is currently on holiday in Bodrum, Turkey.
Can was spotted at Nusret Gokce – Salt Bae – steakhouse last last with friends.

The Reds star is expected to join his teammates for pre-season training after the holiday but he will not make it back in time for the Far-East tour.
Can is expected to sign a new contract deal after returning to from his summer break.
Several star names including Coutinho, summer signing Mohamed Salah and captain Jordan Henderson made the squad.
