AS Roma take on Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League Last 16 second-leg tie at the Stadio Olimpico Stadium.

The Giallorossi will be hoping to make the most of their home advantage of Tuesday after scoring an away goal in the 2-1 defeat in Ukraine.

Roma will be without Dutch defender Rick Karsdorp who is not expected back until the end of April after rupturing his cruciate ligaments just 82 minutes into his debut for the club.

Edin Dzeko and Federico Fazio missed Friday’s 3-0 win over Torino through suspension but will return against Shakhtar.

Maxime Gonalons ended a two-month spell on the sidelines coming on as a substitute against Torino but is unlikely to start today.

Diego Perrotti will have to be very careful as he is a booking away from a one-match suspension.

Turkish international star Cengiz Under is almost certain to start for the home side.

Under has six goals and an assist since Feburary for Roma.
