‘His room is ready’ – Club official confirms deal for West Ham star, transfer to Turkish giants expected to go ahead this week

West Ham winger Sofiane Feghouli has joined Galatasaray according to club sporting director Cenk Ergun.

After weeks of negotiations, the Lions officials confirmed that Fehgouli has been signed.

“His room is ready, after Feghouli and Fernando we are still looking to make more transfers,” Ergun told Turkish-Football on Saturday.

Feghouli is expected to join the Galatasaray camp for pre-season after completing his medical.

The Algerian international joined the Hammers from Valencia on a free transfer last season but struggled to settle in.

The winger scored four goal in 27 appearances for the East London based outfit in his debut season.

Galatasaray have had a busy summer getting rid of Wesley Sneijder, Lukas Podolski, Bruma and Nigel de Jong.

The Lions have brought in Belhanda, Gomis, Mariano and Maicon so far this window.

The Istanbul giants will be without European football this season after getting knocked out in the Europa League qualification rounds against Östersunds last week.
