Manchester City stars joined in on the ‘Salt Bae’ internet sensation during their trip to Abu Dhabi.

Pep Guardiola’s side spent last week in the UAE and took time out to visit Nusret Gokce’s (aka Salt Bae) restaurant.

The City squad were pictured at the dining table all performing the infamous ‘Salt Sprinkle.’

Nusret is a Turkish chef whose artistic method of preparing meat has made him a social media star.

The flamboyant chef has become a viral sensation. The likes of Leonardo Di Caprio, Roger Federer and Arsenal star Mesut Ozil have all appeared alongside Nusret to sample his food over recent months.

Nusret, who has restaurants across Turkey and Dubai is planning to open a steak house in London.

Manchester City are currently in third place in the Premier League with 52 points after 25 games. Guardiola’s side take on Huddersfield in the FA Cup today before traveling to the north of England to face Sunderland this weekend.
