Arsenal star playmaker Mesut Ozil is known to be a big fan of football boots and regularly updates fans on his choice of footware.

The Germany international has now unveiled his brand new pair which seem to be missing something.

Ozil uploaded a photo of himself holding his new football boot on social media. The Germany international included the following caption, “Do you see laces? I don’t.”

Ozil has featured for Arsenal during the pre-season despite having under 12 months remaining on his contract with the Gunners.

The north London-based club take on their rivals Chelsea on Sunday.
