Serie A side join Newcastle United and Galatasaray in race to sign World Cup star

Newly promoted Serie A side Parma have joined the race to sign Kasimpasa in-demand forward Trezeguet.

We recently reported that both Aston Villa and Newcastle United are set to hold talks with the Egypt international. Turkish Super Lig champions Galatasaray are also interested in signing Trezeguet this summer.

Meanwhile, Italian outlet Tutto Mercato Web claim that Parma have also made an approach for Trezeguet.

The Egypt international spent the 2017/18 season on loan with Kasimpasa. The Istanbul based club activated the agreed release clause earlier this summer, however, the in-demand forward is expected to be on the move in the coming weeks.
