Liverpool take on Southampton at St Mary’s in high spirits having become the first English side to knock Manchester United out of European competition mid-week in the Europa League.
The Reds will overtake the Saints and move into 7th place with a victory today.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has dropped Henderson who is nursing an injury and started with Emre Can and Joe Allen in midfield. Another major difference to the side that beat United is Origi starting ahead of Firminho who has been dropped.
