Sparta Rotterdam forward Halil Dervisoglu is set to complete his move to Brentford after striking a deal with the Championship outfit a source close to the player revealed to Turkish-Football.
Brentford will pay €3m for the 19-year-old rising star who impressed for the Dutch side last season.
Dervisoglu leaves Sparta having scored 11 goals and provided nine assists in 40 appearances in all competitions.
The young striker had attracted serious interest from Turkey with Trabzonspor making an offer for him but Brentford ended up clinching a deal.

Dervisoglu was born in Rotterdam, Netherlands but is of Turkish descent and represents the Crescent-Stars at international level.

The striker has four caps for Turkey at U21 level but does have the option to represent the Netherlands at senior level as well.
Dervisoglu will become the first Turkish player to join Brentford.
The London based outfit finished last season in 20th position and are currently 21st in the Championship following the opening round of games for the 2019-20 campaign.
