Stoke City have agreed a £14 million fee with Galatasaray over the transfer of Badou Ndiaye according to the Daily Mail.
Per the source, the Potters have beat Inter Milan and Newcastle to the Senegal international.

It later emerged that the former Osmanlispor midfielder handed in his transfer request.
The Istanbul giants later released a statement confirming offers for the midfielder.
The club released the following official statement: “Badou Ndiaye has received offers from clubs overseas. Badou has been removed from the squad set to face Osmanlispor as he is currently distracted from him on field duties by the transfer talks.”
The Potters want the deal completed quickly because they need to begin work permit proceedings.
The Premier League outfit will have to complete the paperwork before the Wednesday night transfer deadline.
The transfer does come as a surprise considering Ndiaye only joined Galatasaray this summer.
Ndiaye was closely linked with a Premier League move over the last transfer window but opted to join the Turkish giants instead.
The Lions are however, under the watch of Financial Fair Play and stand to make a tidy profit on the £6.6 million paid for him this summer.
The powerful midfielder has been capped eight times by the Senegal national team.
