Stoke City prepare to send former Barcelona wonderkid on a Turkish adventure

Bojan has fallen out of favour at Stoke and was loaned out to Bundesliga outfit Mainz 05 in January.

The Yellow Canaries are planning for an overhaul this summer after a disappointing season which has seen them slip out of the title race with just under a third of the season remaining.

The former Barcelona wonderkid has struggled to live up to expectations over the past few seasons.

Bojan became the youngest player to make his first-team debut for Barcelona aged 17 and lifted the European Championship with the Under-17 Spanish national team.

The future looked bright for Bojan but his progress stalled and after four-seasons in the Barcelona senior side he was from to Roma.

Bojan’s Italian adventure ended rather unceremoniously and he returned to Barcelona in 2013, spending the season on loan at Ajax.

Stoke City then snapped him up in 2014 but he struggled to make much of an impression in the Premier League.
