Sunderland in talks with Euro giants over sale of Jeremain Lens
Turkish Super League giants Fenerbahce are in talks with Sunderland to discuss the transfer of Jeremain Lens.
A source close to the Istanbul based club has told Turkish-Football that Fenerbahce are in talks with both Sunderland and Lens’ representatives.
Fenerbahce are hoping to sign the Netherlands international on a new loan deal. The Turkish giants need to be mindful of their expenditure over the summer as they are currently being monitored by UEFA Financial Fair Play.

Turkish Football recently revealed that Sunderland are unwilling to offload Lens for any fee below £8 million. Per the source, the 29-year-old has settled well in Istanbul and is happy to remain at the club if a deal can be struck.
Lens has been in good form for Fenerbahce this season with eight assists and three goals in 15 Turkish Super League games.
Sunderland are currently rock bottom of the Premier League with just 19 points after 26 games. The Black Cats take on Manchester City this weekend.
