Besiktas defender Domagoj Vida has been closely linked with an exit this summer.
The Aksam newspaper report that Liverpool are favorites in the race to land the Croatia international.
Per the source, the club confirmed that they have received an offer but would not comment on the fee.
Three Premier League sides are reported to have made a bid for Vida.
Besiktas value the defender as being worth €25m but the report does state that other sources are claiming a €30-35m price tag.
The Super Lig giants are keen on Vida remaining at the club but will consider offers that match their valuation.
The Istanbul based outfit signed the defender on a free transfer from Dynamo Kiev in January.
The report claims Reds boss Jurgen Klopp ‘dreams’ of having Vida at Anfield next season to join Dejan Lovren.
Vida and Lovren are Croatia international teammates in defence.
The centre-back pairing have played an important role in Croatia reaching the World Cup semi-finals.
Vida scored in extra-time and the penalty shootout against hosts Russia in the quarter-finals.
The Besiktas ace is expected to start for Croatia against England in the semi-final on Wednesday.
There were fears that FIFA could suspend him from the match after being involved in a controversial pro-Ukraine video.
The world football governing body issue Vida a warning instead.
In the clip Vida, who used to play for Dynamo Kiev, said: “Glory to Ukraine!”
