The Turkish top-tier heads into week 14 with just seven points separating leaders Sivasspor from Rizespor in 8th place.

Fenerbahce vs Genclerbirligi

Fenerbahce have a strong squad but I am not convinced Ersun Yanal is the man to take this team forward. The Yellow Canaries have some of the best ingredients but unfortunately, don’t have a capable chef. The Yellow-Navy Blues have drawn their last two games. Yanal has decided to criticize referees for his sides recent woes but the truth is he simply is not getting the best out of his players. Genclerbirligi have hit a rich vein of form and are undefeated in their last four games. However, playing at the Sukru Saracoglu is never an easy task. Fenerbahce are favorites but have been priced short. Neither side have problems scoring. Expect there to be goals.

Prediction: Over 2.5 goals

Yeni Malatyaspor vs Sivasspor

Leaders Sivasspor take on Malatyaspor. The visitors have been in red hot form winning their last five games. The home side meanwhile, have draw their last four matches. You can’t bet against a team like Sivas right now.

Prediction: Sivasspor -0 (Draw no bet)

Ankaragucu vs Goztepe

Goztepe are undefeated in their last four games. Ankaragucu meanwhile, have been awful of late losing their last five matches. The visitors are being underestimated by the oddsmakers and it would not be a surprise for them to leave Anakra with at least a point.

Goztepe +0.5 (Asian Handicap)

Galatasaray vs Alanyaspor

There is something seriously wrong at Galatasaray. Along with Fenerbahce they have easily the strongest squad in the league but are really underperforming. Alanyaspor meanwhile, are 5th in the league table two points above the Lions. The Red-Yellows are always favorites at home but are really struggling for goals. There is no creating outlet, the team lacks pace, Falcao is still injured. On the plus side for head coach Fatih Terim they have been pretty solid defensively.

Prediction: Under 2.5 goals

Konyaspor vs Gaziantep

Both sides have been terrible and this is one game I would stay well clear from. Anything could happen.

Denizlispor vs Basaksehir

Basaksehir were expected to struggle after parting ways with Abdullah Avci. To cut a long story short they haven’t. Okan Buruk has done a great job. His side are 2nd in the league just two points behind the leaders. The Istanbul minnows have won their last three games. Denizlispor are no pushovers at home but Basaksehir are simply too well organised and dangerous on the counter-attack.

Prediction: Basaksehir Draw No Bet (-0)

Antalyaspor vs Trabzonspor

Antalyaspor have been abysmal. The last side they will want to face is an in-form Trabzonspor side. The visitors are just four points behind the leaders and have won two of their last three games – drawing last week against reigning champions Galatasaray. I just don’t see the home side holding out against the Black Sea Storm.

Prediction: Trabzonspor Draw No Bet (-0)

Kasimpasa vs Besiktas

Abdullah Avci has gone from zero to hero over the past few weeks. The Besiktas boss was facing the prospect of being fired after a poor start but a five-game win streak changed all that. The Black Eagles are on fire. I don’t give Kasimpasa any chance against a rampant Besiktas side.

Prediction: Besiktas Win
