Per the source, the ‘transfer supercomputer’, – which the report refers to as the xGold tool – claims that the Blues should try to sign three players.

Chelsea should reportedly focus on three potential targets with profiles mirroring top stars, who could transform the club’s fortunes after the break.

Their focus centers on the right-back position, exposed by Reece James’ recurring injuries. Enter Sacha Boey, a 23-year-old Galatasaray player boasting an 88% similarity to Kyle Walker based on xGold.

Boey shone in the Champions League, demonstrating a blend of solid defending, attacking-minded passing, and the intelligence to drift inside and support central defenders.

Compared to Chelsea’s recent signing Malo Gusto, Boey offers superior defensive skills and tactical awareness, all at a budget-friendly £22 million.

With James’ ongoing struggle and the growing tactical importance of the right-back role, Boey’s arrival would inject both depth and quality into the Chelsea squad.

In turn, it could be the key to unlocking their true potential and turning things around in the second half of the season.

Whether Chelsea make an offer for Boey is another matter.

Galatasaray meanwhile, would prefer to keep Boey on until the end of the season as he is a star player and they are in the middle of a title race and competing in the Europa League.

Boey however, is open to leaving at the end of the season and Galatasaray are not against a move if the offer is right.
