Turan has won just about everything there is to win in club competition football. The 28-year-old became the first Turkish intentional to win the La Liga in 2013-14 and has also lifted the Europa League, European Super Cup, Turkish League, Turkish Cup, Spanish Cup. Turan has also starred in the Turkish national team side that reached the Euro 2008 semi-finals and was part of the Atleti side that reached the 2013-14 Champions League final. Manchester United are a club used to success but the current midfield do not have many players who have won both domestic and European trophies.
