Tolgay Arslan transfer to be completed ‘today or tomorrow’

Tolgay Arslan will complete his move away from the Bundesliga side Hamburg today or tomorrow according to the football agent Ahmet Bulut. The 24-year-old midfielder has been in talks with Trabzonspor and Besiktas over the past week.
“Tolgay’s transfer will be completed today or tomorrow. Besiktas are the team closest to him,” Bulut told Radyospor.
“The transfer will be completed in this transfer window not at the end of the season.”
Besiktas have agreed a €300,000 deal with Hamburg for Tolgay Arslan according to the Sky Italia journalist Gianluca Di Marzio.

The 24-year-old can enter direct talks with other clubs as his contract is set to run out at the end of the season. Trabzonspor have been closely linked with the former Dortmund midfielder over the past week.
Arsenal, Lazio, Napoli and Galatasaray have also been linked with the hard working midfielder.
The Germany and Turkey U20 international moved to Hamburg from Dortmund in 2009 on a free transfer.
Arslan has two assists in 15 appearances in all competitions for HSV this season.
