Tottenham Hope To Recoup £30m From Double Transfer Sale Amid Reports Striker Could Be Set For Summer Move To Super Lig Giants

Janssen

Tottenham hope to recoup £30 million from the sale of players over the summer transfer window according to the Evening Standard.

Per the source, Spurs want to get rid of £17 million outcast Vincent Janssen and £15 million forward Fernando Llorente.

Janssen was left out of the pre-season trip of the US as the North London outfit want to be able to sell the striker quickly if they receive an offer.

Super Lig outfit Fenerbahce want Janssen to return on another loan deal but Spurs would prefer to sell him.

The report claims that Tottenham would consider a loan if Fenerbahce were to include a clause to buy him outright in the future.

Fenerbahce have concerns over Janssen’s injury record after spending several months on the sidelines last term.

The Turkish league side are however, desperate to sign a striker before the Champions League playoff clash against Benfica next month.

Fenerbahce do not currently have a first-team forward available as Roberto Soldado is out injured.

The Standard report also claims that World Cup semi-finalists Toby Alderweireld, Mousa Dembele and Danny Rose will be sold for the right price, while youngsters Marcus Edwards and Georges-Kevin Nkoudou are surplus to requirements.

Interestingly enough, we have also been informed that Georges-Kevin Nkoudou is a Fenerbahce transfer target.
