Tottenham Join Race For Semih Kilicsoy, Besiktas Want €25m

Hot Prospect Semih Kılıçsoy: Beşiktaş Poised for Record Transfer Windfall with Tottenham and West Ham interested

Beşiktaş’s young striker Semih Kılıçsoy is setting European pulses racing, with Tottenham, Borussia Dortmund, Aston Villa, and Napoli vying for his signature according to Fanatik.

Per the source, Spurs have become the latest side to join the race for the young striker who is turning heads of scouts across Europe.

Aston Villa had already been linked with Kilicsoy and Turkish-Football reported earlier in the week that West Ham are also interested in the rising star.

Having burst onto the scene with 5 goals in 4 matches, Kılıçsoy is not just a Beşiktaş favorite, but a coveted talent across the continent.

The powerful striker has established himself as a key player in the team despite his young age.

While scouts couldn’t quite catch Kılıçsoy in action against Eyüpspor due to his brief appearance, they’ll be lining up again tomorrow for the Pendikspor match.

Beşiktaş, however, doesn’t intend to let their prized jewel go lightly. They smell a record transfer, aiming to surpass the €22.5 million received for Cenk Tosun’s Everton move.

The Black Eagles are unwilling to see Kılıçsoy depart for anything less than €25 million. Though the club remains tight-lipped, whispers of this hefty price tag fill the air.

Besiktas would ideally want to keep the young striker on their books until the end of the season but would have to listen to offers that match their valuation due to their financial position.

The 18-year-old has his sights on a call up to the Turkish national team for Euro 2024 where he could join a golden generation including the likes of Arda Guler and Kenan Yildiz.

Kılıçsoy could see his value increase further if he does make the cut for the European championships and prove himself at international level this summer.
