Tanguy Ndombele got a rare start for Galatasaray in the 4-0 victory over Alanyaspor at home in the Super Lig on Saturday.
The Tottenham loanee has come under criticism for being overweight, his attitude and poor form.

In fact, relations between Ndombele and manager Okan Buruk were so fractured that at one stage it looked like the midfielder could have his loan contract terminated early.
However, it appears Buruk has been impressed with how quickly Ndombele has taken onboard the goals he set for the midfielder.
Ndombele reportedly told Buruk that he intends to work hard and fight for his place in the team.
“I do not intend to leave G. Saray between the round. I will show myself and stay on the team,” Ndombele was quoted as saying by Fanatik.
Paying attention to his diet, Ndombele lost 3.5 kilos in two weeks and now weighs in at 81kg.
Ndombele was rewarded for his hard work with a staring role against Alanyaspor and he returned the favour with an excellent performance.
The 26-year-old started in central midfield alongside Lucas Torreira and put on a hard working display defending well and contributing to attacking moves.
The midfielder could end up getting the nod to start in the Champions League clash against United mid-week.
