Tottenham have been linked with a sensational transfer report in the Turkish media this morning.
Spurs have made rivals Arsenal an enquiry regarding the availability of Mesut Ozil according to the Aksam newspaper.
Per the source, Pochettino wants a creative No 10 to bring out the best in Harry Kane and believes Ozil is the man for the job.
The Gunners turned down Tottenham’s approach for Ozil but it opened the door for Yusuf Yazici to become a target.

The Trabzonspor attacking midfielder happens to be represented by Erkut Sogut, the same agent as Ozil.
It is no secret that Sogut has been pushing Yazici on the Premier League market and it appears the North London based outfit are ready to take a chance on him.
Turkish-Football can confirmed that Trabzonspor value the 21-year-old as being worth €15m and that the attacking midfielder is keen on a move to England after establishing himself as a star name for the Super Lig outfit.
Ozil himself has praised Yazici and likened the player to himself.
The playmaker of Turkish origin told the Hurriyet newspaper: “I really like Trabzonspor duo Yusuf Yazici and Abdulkadir Omur, they are incredible talents.
“Yusuf Yazici is an amazing No 10.
“We have a lot of similarities and I myself in him.
“His left foot, his position, his close passing and calmness on the ball.
“We will see Yusuf at a big European club in the near future.”
Yazici has 18 goals and 18 assists in 66 appearances for Trabzonspor in all competition and nine international caps under his belt.
