The Premier League could see an influx of Turkish talent this summer, with Baris Alper Yilmaz emerging as a potential target for several top clubs.

Yilmaz is currently in London as is his agent Tuncay Malden and this has led to transfer rumours in the Turkish press.

While Arda Guler grabbed headlines with his wonder goal for Turkey, Yilmaz’s overall performances at the Euros have attracted Premier League interest.

Tottenham and Manchester United have been scouting in the 23-year-old forward following his displays at Euro 2024 and his successful season with Galatasaray. Both sides are interested in the winger, sources have told Turkish-Football.

Both clubs were keeping tabs on the winger at Euro 2024 who excelled at the tournament as one of Turkey’s best players.

The Turkish national team ended up reaching the quarter-final stage of the competition.

Yilmaz has also been linked with Aston Villa, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United, Bournemouth, and Brighton in the past.
Domestic Success with Galatasaray:

Yilmaz played a key role in Galatasaray’s dominant Super Lig title win last season, scoring 7 goals and contributing 12 assists in all competitions.

According to Turkish outlet Aksam, Galatasaray values Yilmaz at £22 million.
