Tottenham slap £25m price tag on star striker, Fenerbahce priced out of race

Turkish Super Lig Fenerbahce giants have suffered a blow in their quest to sign Vincent Janssen this summer.

The Yellow Canaries were interested in signing Janssen for another season on loan. However, Tottenham have slapped a £25 million release clause on the Netherlands international according to the Turkish outlet Fanatik.

Per the source, Lazio, Leverkusen, Sevilla and Alkmaar are also interested in signing Janssen this summer.

The quoted transfer fee may be slightly ambitious seeing that Janssen has managed to score just six league goals over two season since his move to Tottenham.
