Tottenham Transfer Target Given Green Light For Summer Exit But Turkish Giants Want €30m For Playmaker

Yusuf Yazici

Trabzonspor playmaker Yusuf Yazici has been closely linked with a summer exit.

The Black Sea based outfit recently sold Okay Yokuslu to Celta Viga for €6m and are prepared to sell another star player.

Fanatik report that the Super Lig outfit are prepared to sell Yazici but only for a fee that matches or exceeds their €30m valuation.

Per the source, Trabzonspor would prefer to keep Yazici but considering the financial problems they find themselves in the Turkey international would be sold for the right price.

Tottenham have been closely linked with Yazici over the course the season.

Sources at the club have told Turkish-Football that Spurs scouted the player throughout the season and have expressed an interest but would not comment on whether an offer has been made.

Trabzonspor general coordinator Ozkan Sumer did open up about recent reports regarding an offer but would not name the club involved.

“I can’t say much about the reported offer,” Sumer said.

“I am not sure who is spreading this story.

“We have been contacted by a few clubs but there is nothing to say right now.”

Yazici is represented by Erkut Sogut, who also represents Mesut Ozil and Ilkay Gundogan.

The agent has been offering his player to Premier League clubs and hopes to get him a move abroad.

Yazici provided five assists and scored 10 goals in 33 Turkish Super Lig appearances over the 2017-18 campaign.
