Trabzonspor have hired Ersun Yanal as manager in place of Vahid Halilhodzic.
The Black Sea based side are yet to terminate Halilhodzic’s contract but have already agreed terms with the former Fenerbahce manager.
The news broke while Trabzonspor were playing Lokeren in the UEFA Europa League.
Trabzonspor President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu was unhappy with the start Halilhodzic made to the season following the 22 transfers made in the summer.
Yanal previously managed Trabzonspor from 2007-2009.
