Trabzonspor Sign Ahmet Canbaz on 3-Year Deal From Werder Bremen

Trabzonspor have completed the transfer of Ahmet Canbaz on a three-year deal from Werder Bremen.

The Black Sea based side unveiled the 21-year-old midfielder in an official signing ceremony at the club headquarters today.

Trabzonspor revealed on the official club website that Werder Bremen will be paid €125,000 for the transfer.

Bremen will earn an additional €100,000 should Canbaz make 15 appearances.

The Bundesliga side also have a 20 percent future sell on clause.

Canbaz meanwhile will be paid in Turkish Lira and earn 625,000 TL next season, 630,000 TL the following campaign and 630,000 TL in his final term.

The Germany born footballer will play under a domestic status in Turkey due to being of Turkish descent.

Canbaz joins Nigeria international John Obi Mikel who completed his move to Trabzonspor on a free transfer last week.

Trabzonspor also signed Altinordu duo 17-year-old striker Salih Kavrazli and 18-year-old Atakan Gunduz.

The Black Sea Storm finished last season in fourth-place and have booked a place in the Europa League.
