Trabzonspor have terminated Vahid Halilhodzic’s contract with the club.
Club President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu and CEO Burak Gürdal met with Halilhodzic to agree upon a severance deal.
Halilhodzic will receive the €1.6 million he would of earned had he stayed at the club until the end of the season.

Halilhodzic’s second spell at Trabzonspor lasted a total of 116 days. The former Algeria national team coach won four, drew eight and lost two of the 14 games he managed.
Trabzonspor are expected to hire the former Fenerbahce manager Ersun Yanal in place of Halilhodzic.
The 52 year old manager won the league with Fenerbahce last season.
