Turkey v Croatia – Preview & Probable lineups, must win game for the Crescent-Stars

Turkey take on Croatia tonight in a must win World Cup qualification clash.

The Crescent-Stars sit in fourth place in Group I with 11 points after seven games. Croatia meanwhile have racked up 16 points and find themselves in pole position.

Turkey recently appointed Mircea Lucescu as manager in place of Fatih Terim. The Romanian tactician lost his first game in charge by a 2-0 scoreline against Ukraine.

Following Saturday’s result, Turkey have no option but to win tonight if they are to stand any chance of qualifying for the 2018 World Cup.

Turkey will be banking on their unbeaten home form when they host Croatia tonight at the new Eskişehir Stadium.
