Turkish giants move to hijack Liverpool & Southampton efforts to sign Bundesliga star Emre Mor, offer has been made

Fenerbahce have made an for Borussia Dortmund winger Emre Mor according to reports in Turkey.

The Hurriyet newspaper claim that the Yellow Canaries have moved to hijack Mor’s potential move to the Premier League.

Per the source, the Istanbul giants are moving fast to try and wrap up a loan deal as quickly as possible with Liverpool and Southampton closely linked with the youngster.

Fenerbahce have submitted their offer and are waiting for a response from the club.

Mor’s agent Muzzi Ozcan has already confirmed receiving offers from Fenerbahce, Galatasaray, Besiktas, England and Spain.

“Galatasaray, Fenerbahce and Besiktas all want Emre, they all want him on loan,” Ozcan revealed.

“There are offers from England and Spain, we will hold a meeting now that Emre is back from international duty.

“They have made offers and are waiting for our response. 

“Our priority is not money but playing time, we want Emre to be playing regular football next season.”

The Istanbul giants could however, face competition from Liverpool and Southampton who are keen on signing the 19-year-old according to the Mirror.

Mor only made 13 Bundesliga appearances under the stewardship of Thomas Tuchel last season and is keen on locking down regular playing time over the next campaign.

The rising has been ‘permitted’ to hold talks with other clubs over loan move according to his agent.

“Dortmund are not against him leaving on loan either,” Ozcan was quoted as saying by Turkish-Football.

“We have been permitted to hold talks with other clubs regarding a move. 

“There will be a meeting over his future where we will go over what to do next.”

Fenerbahce feel confident that they could offer Mor more assurances of first team football than the other clubs interested in his services.
