Fenerbahce are keen on loaning the 23-year-old and have made the Blues an enquiry.

The Blues signed Batshuayi for £33 million (BBC) last summer but he played just 235 minutes of Premier League football.

Fenerbahce are hopeful that Chelsea will loan the Belgium international out to regain his confidence and lock down a regular first-team spot.

The Canaries have made signing a new forward a priority after Fernandao suffered an injury.

The Brazilian striker will be out for another three months with a broken arm.

Robin van Persie is currently the only fit striker available heading into the pre-season.

Fenerbahce could however, face competition from West Ham.

The Hammers have been closely linked with the Belgium international.

Sky Sports report that the East London based outfit have held talks over Batshuayi but that their priority is Javier Hernandez.

West Ham are planning on signing at least one striker this summer and have also held talks with Kelechi Iheanacho, Olivier Giroud, Anthony Modeste.
