Turkish giants President flies in for talks with West Brom over star midfielder – Personal terms already agreed

Besiktas are in talks with West Brom as they look to sign Belgium international midfielder Nacer Chadli.

The 29-year-old has been closely linked with a move away from the Baggies after they were relegated from the Premier League last season.

According to the Turkish outlet SporX, Besiktas are keen to wrap the transfer up this week before the Turkish season begins. Furthermore, the English transfer window slams shut on Thursday which could complicate the signing of Chadli.

Per the source, Besiktas President Fikret Orman and club officials Umut Guner have travelled to England for talks with West Brom.

The report goes onto state that Besiktas are trying to negotiate a lower transfer fee for the Belgium international.

Sabah previously reported that Besiktas have already agreed personal terms with the 29-year-old.
