Turkish League Previews & Predictions 26: Besiktas could take huge step towards league title

Besiktas will have one eye on the league and one on their UEFA Europa League quarter-final clash against Lyon.

The Black Eagles go into week 26 in first place but Basaksehir are breathing down their neck, just two points behind in second position.

The Turkish football league is generally an unpredictable league when it comes to betting so, we have prepared short previews and predictions of each game below. You can also find some good online bookie software that can help you.

Antalyaspor v Kayserispor

Antalyaspor are just five points off a top four spot and with a full strength squad including Samuel Eto’o starting at home I cannot see Kayserispor holding out.

Prediction: Antalyaspor Win WIN

Karabukspor v Fenerbahce

Karabukspor have been giant killers this season. Fenerbahce meanwhile keep stuttering and not have Trabzonspor as well as Antalyaspor breathing down their neck for that lucrative 4th place spot. Karabukspor have won their last five home games and are being underestimated solely based on their name to be honest.

Prediction: Karabukspor Win/Draw double chance LOSS

Rizespor v Trabzonspor

The Black Sea derby will see Rizespor, the worst performing side in the league who have lost their last four league games take on the most in form team in the league. The form book tends to go out the window in derby games but Rizespor have been absolutely abysmal of late and I really do not give them any chance here against a rampant Trabzonspor.

Prediction: Trabzonspor Win WIN

Osmanlispor v Gaziantepspor

A team with an atrocious home record take on a side in disarray. Do yourselves a favour and stay clear of this one.

Besiktas v Genclerbirligi

Besiktas will be well rested and at full strength except for Vincent Aboubakar who can’t stop getting sent off recently. The Black Eagles are simply the side to beat right now and I do not see Genclerbirligi being the side to stop them.

Prediction: Besiktas Win WIN

Konyaspor v Bursaspor

Bursaspor’s away form has fallen off a cliff face. Meanwhile Konyaspor are as unpredictable as ever but at least they have a decent home record.

Prediction: Konyaspor Draw No Bet WIN

Galatasaray v Adanaspor

Galatasaray have an outside chance of closing the gap with second placed Basaksehir who are currently seven points ahead. The Lions have the perfect chance to make up lost ground against an out of form Adanaspor side.

Prediction: Galatasaray Win WIN
