Turkish Super Lig Betting Tips and Previews:
Turkish Super League returns to action on Friday after a two week winter break. Surprisingly, Istanbul Basaksehir sit in pole position going into the second half of the season. Abdullah Avci’s side are being closely pursued by Besiktas who sit just one point behind.
Meanwhile, intercontinental rivals Galatasaray and Fenerbahce sit in third and forth place. The Lions have strengthen over the summer with the transfers of Rodriquez and Ahmet Calik while Fenerbahce are yet to add to their squad.
The 17th round kicks off on Friday night with a clash between Bursaspor and Trabzonspor.

Betting Tips and Previews:
Friday 13 January:
Bursaspor v Trabzonspor
Bursaspor are one of the Turkish Leagues strongest sides at home and boast a talented squad along with an experinced manager in Hamza Hamzaoglu. Trabzonspor meanwhile have had a nightmare of a season so far leading manager Ersun Yanal to make major changes to his squad over January.
Bursaspor have been strong at home and should be able to pick up at least a point on Friday.
Prediction: Bursaspor Draw no Bet LOSS
Saturday 14 January:
Aytemiz Alanyaspor v Çaykur Rizespor:
Two clubs battling to steer clear of the relegation zone come face to face on Saturday. A tough game to call with both teams in such poor form.
Prediction: Avoid
Karabükspor v Akhisar Belediyespor
Karabükspor – who have managed to record just one victory in their last nine games – host Akhisar on Saturday as they look to bounce back to form. Akhisar have been in good form of late and have picked up an impressive ten points away from home this season.
Prediction: Akhisar +0.5 LOSS
Medipol Başakşehir v Kayserispor
Başakşehir have been the story of the season so far and the winter break came just in time for Abdullah Avci’s men who were starting to look weary. Expecting Basaksehir to return to winning ways against a poor Kayserispor side.
Prediction: Başakşehir win WIN
Atiker Konyaspor v Galatasaray
Konyaspor have suffered just one defeat at home this season and are a solid unit under manager Aykut Kocaman. Galatasaray have managed to keep hold of their star names so far over the January window and have even strengthened their squad. The Lions may struggle to come away with all three points on Saturday but I do not expect them to lose.
Prediction: Galatasaray Draw no Bet WIN
Sunday 15 January
Kasımpaşa v Gençlerbirliği
Prediction: Avoid
Gaziantepspor v Antalyaspor
Gaziantepspor have been in free-fall this season and find themselves in the relegation zone with just 11 points. Antalyaspor meanwhile are one of the divisions most ‘in-form’ sides suffering just one defeat in their last eight games.
Both sides have been involved in high scoring games of late and I fully expect this trend to continue.
Prediction: Over 2.5 goals WIN
Fenerbahçe v Adanaspor
Fenerbahce know they cannot afford to drop many more points if they are to maintain a title challenge this season. Fortunatly they face the leagues worst side in Adanaspor. There is little value in a home win so perhaps its best to lob this one into a accumulator.
Sunday 15 January
Osmanlıspor FK v Beşiktaş
The rounds final game takes place between Osmanlispor and Besiktas. The Ankara based side have lost just one game at home this season and are unbeaten in their last seven games. Besiktas meanwhile have been strong on the road and are the leagues third best team away from home.
Tough game to call but I can see Besiktas coming away with at least a point.
Prediction: Beşiktaş Draw no Bet WIN
