Galatasaray defender Ozan Kabak broke onto the scene this season aged just 18-years-old.

Kabak has already made four appearances at centre-back for the Lions and is regarded one of the brightest talents in the Super Lig.

The young defender is already vying for a first-choice spot in the Galatasaray back four and has started to attract interest from across Europe with several clubs sending scouts to keep tabs on him.

Kabak has his mindset at establishing himself at Galatasaray but an interview from 2017 has emerged in which he made it clear that his dream is to play for Manchester United in the future.

“I want to become one of the greats like my idol the legendary Galatasaray captain Bulent Korkmaz,” he told the Tam Saha magazine.

“I want to play for Galatasaray but I have a soft spot for the Premier League and in particular Manchester United.

“I hope my teammate Atalay Babacan get to play there together one day.”

Kabak was promoted to the Galatasaray senior team over the summer and Terim has made it clear he intends for the young defender to become a first-team regular by the end of the season.

The young defender was given a starting role in the 1-0 victory over Antalyaspor over the weekend putting on a stellar display helping his side keep a clean sheet.
