‘Tweet is indicative of the snowflake culture’ – Arsenal fans react to Mesut Ozil tea gif aimed at journalist on social media
Arsenal beat North London rivals Tottenham 2-0 at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday.
Not many pundits thought the Gunners would put on such an impressive display.
Few thought Mesut Ozil would be star of the show but boy did he prove his critics wrong.
The 2014 World Cup winner provided an assist and picked up the Man of the Match award.
The official Arsenal twitter account responded by calling out journalist Adam Crafton after the game.

The Gunners twitter admit aimed a tweet of Ozil sipping some tea at Crafton in response to his Daily Mail article which featured a combined XI North London piece not starring a sing Arsenal player ahead of the game.

Journalists still defending Adam Crafton’s accusations yet when asked to point out where said abusive tweets are, told to search for them. When confirmed I had and asked again for them go be shown to me, accusers go silent.

There are two sides to every argument.
Adam Crafton’s follower count has gone up. Daily Mail website traffic increased for a nothing article. Martin Samuel described him as the best young journalist in the country on the Sunday Supplement this morning. I’d say that’s a good result for them. The faux outrage is amusing
