Up to 30,000 fans are expected to attend the Besiktas v Fenerbahce derby at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium tonight.
The stadium which was completed in 2002 has a maximum capacity of 76,000.
13,000-15,000 tickets have been sold for the game and approximately 15,000 season ticket holders can attend the game.
Both Besiktas and Fenerbahce staff have expressed their concerns at the condition of the playing surface which appears to be soft and could deteriorate towards the end of the game.
