Victor Ruiz Set To Complete Move From Villarreal To Besiktas After Agreeing To Three-Year Deal

Villarreal defender Victor Ruiz is set to complete his transfer from Villarreal to Besiktas after agreeing to a three-year deal according to Fanatik.

Per the source, the Black Eagles will sign Ruiz on a permanent transfer.

The Spanish defender is expected to travel to Turkey tomorrow where he will undergo a medical ahead of completing his move to the Super Lig outfit.

The 30-year-old defender was an Espanyol youth rising through the ranks to the first-team.

Napoli signed him for €8.5m in 2011 but he returned to Spain the same year after failing to settle in.

Valencia snapped him up for €8m where he spent three seasons before being loaned to Villarreal in 2014.

Villarreal ended up signing him from Valencia on a permanent transfer the following summer.
