(Video) Emmanuel Adebayor pulls off what he has been unable to since leaving Man City
Emmanuel Adebayor has scored in the first two league games he has started for at a new club for the first time since the 2009-10 season.
Adebayor was a Manchester City player the last time he scored in his first two starts of the season.
The powerful striker actually netted in his first four games for the Citizens – all of which he started.
Adebayor has now scored in both games he has started for Basaksehir.
The 33-year-old scored a header in the 3-3 draw against Karabukspor that kept his side just two points behind league leaders Besiktas.
