Manchester United crushed Fenerbahce 4-1 at Old Trafford in the Europa League on Thursday night.
United star Paul Pogba scored an impressive goal but the night belonged to Robin van Persie.
The Dutch striker enjoyed a warm reception from the home fans who chanted him name whenever he got the ball or took a set piece.
The former United man did score a consolation goal which resulted in just about every fan in the stadium giving him a standing ovation.
Even Sir Alex Ferguson who was accompanied by Sam Allardyce applauded Van Persie following the goal.
