Roma defied the odds to comeback from a 4-1 first-leg defeat against Barcelona to knock the La Liga leaders out of the Champions League quarter-final.
Edin Dzeko struck early to give the Giaollorossi a glimmer of hope and Daniele de Rossi added a second-half penalty.
By this time Roma were starting to believe the impossible could end up being a possibility. They needed just one more goal and found it thanks to a brilliant glancing header from Manalos.
Second-half substitute Cengiz Under provided the assist from the corner-spot.

The rising star has attracted interest from Arsenal as recently reported by Turkish-Football.
The Gunners have been keeping tabs on the star winger.
Under has now been directly involved in two goals in his last three Champions League games.
The Turkey international netted on his debut in the competition against Shkhtar Donetsk.
The 20-year-old’s goal in the 2-1 defeat to the Ukrainian giants on the road ended up taking Roma to the quarter-finals on away goals.
Under has a total of six goals and two assists in all competitions this season.
The Giallorossi see Under as a long-term replacement for Mohamed Salah and are not interested in selling him just a season after signing him.
Under has been nicknamed ‘Nuovo Salah’ in Italy which translates to the new Salah.
