Watch: €15m Roma signing Cengiz Under scores on debut against Tottenham
Roma signed Cengiz Under from Basaksehir for a €14.9 million fee just a few weeks ago.
Under made his Roma debut in the International Championship Cup, coming off the bench as a second half substitute.
The 20-year-old has an immediate impact, scoring the second goal of the game to give the Serie A outfit a second half lead.
Coincidently Under scored against Spurs who had scouted him last season according to Basaksehir manager Abdullah Avci.
Basaksehir manager Abdullah Avci told TRTSpor last month: “Yes, it’s true there is some interest for Cengiz. It’s normal that the clubs like Tottenham and United are showing interest for him because the kid is a good footballer.”
