Galatasaray suffered their first defeat in the Champions League Group D, losing 1-0 to Porto in Portugal.

The Lions could easily have scored on the night but profligacy in front of goal got the better of them.

The Istanbul giants had several key goal scoring opportunities.

Onyekuru started for Galatasaray and did pose Porto a threat with his pace, movement and technical ability but both himself and his teammates simply could not find the back of the net on the night.

The Istanbul giants next league games will be against Antalyaspor followed by Bursaspor and then Schalke.
