Everton star Cenk Tosun scored his maiden goal at Goodison Park in the 2-0 victory over Brighton on Saturday.
Tosun spoke to the official Everton Turkish language Twitter account after the game to give his reaction to the victory.
We had a look over the translation and can confirm it is pretty accurate – if we wanted to be pedantic, they wrote shoot instead of shot.
The Turkey international revealed how pleased he was that his goal contributed towards the win.
Tosun scored his first goal for the Toffees last week, the opening goal in fact but it was not enough to prevent a 2-1 defeat against Burnley.
The 26-year-old also revealed that his plan moving forward is – surprise, surprise – to keep finding the back of the net.
“It made me very happy,” Tosun said.
“I scored my first goal last week but I was disappointed to lose the game.
“This week I scored again via a good shot at home and we won 3 points.
“I’m happy and proud today, I want to score again in next weeks.”
