Everton beat Crystal Palace 2-0 at Goodison Park in the Premier League on Sunday.
Head coach Marco Silva made an inspired triple substitution bringing on Cenk Tosun, Ademola Lookman and Calvert-Lewin.
Lookman setup Lewin with the opener late in the second-half which was followed up by Tosun just minutes later.
The Turkey international broke free of the last man, made a darting run through on goal and drilled under Crystal Palace keeper Hennessy for the second.

Tosun has now scored two goals and provided two assists in eight appearances for the Toffees in all competitions this season.
The Tosun goal was made even more memorable by the fact it was his first game back since the birth of his son Arden Cenk Tosun last week.
The Merseyside based outfit have now won their last three games in the league and moved up into 8th position on 15 points following the victory.
