Turkey U19s beat England U19s 1-0 at Manavgat, Antalya in the final U19 EURO Qualifier on Tuesday to secure top spot in the group en-route to next March’s elite qualifying round.

The Fenerbahce keeper made no fewer than eight saves including important stops in the penalty area to keep a clean sheet.

Ozer started all three EURO Championship qualifiers keeping two clean sheets and conceding just two goals.

The young keeper is part of a growing crop of players to emerge from the Altinordu academy.

There were a total of six Altinordu players in the U19 matchday squad against England – Muhammet Taha Tepe, Berkehan Bicer, Onur Taha Takir, Sahan Akyuz, Berkin Taskin, Egehan Gok.
