Watch: Tottenham & Crystal Palace target provides assist in Champions League victory over Bundesliga runners-up
Besiktas beat Red Bull Leipzig 2-0 at the Vodafone Park stadium to remain first in the Champions League Group G Match Day 2.
Turkish international star Cenk Tosun’s career continues to go from strength to strength.
After scoring the Champions League goal of the week in the 3-1 win over Porto on Match Day 1, Tosun setup the opening goal against Leipzig on Match Day 2.
The 26-year-old striker cut into the Leipzig box before picking out Ryan Babel with a well timed pass for the assist.
Babel slotted the ball past the keeper for his second goal in two Champions League games.

Tosun’s form has attracted Premier League interest with Turkish-Football reporting that Tottenham, Crystal Palace and Newcastle have been keeping tabs on the prolific striker.
Palace came close to signing Tosun over the summer, in fact he revealed he would be playing for the Eagles had they made an offer a week earlier.
“Crystal Palace offered €13.5m on transfer deadline day,” Tosun said.
“Had they made the bid a week earlier I would be playing in the Premier League right now. I would only leave Besiktas if I made my club money and if the circumstances are right.”
