Everton loanee Henry Onyekuru has issued his reaction to Galatasaray’s defeat to FC Porto on Wednesday night.
The Nigeria international is currently on a season-long loan with Galatasaray and is expected to return to Goodison Park next summer. The Lions do not have an option to sign Onyekuru at the end of the season.
Galatasaray suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Porto at the Estádio do Dragão. Following the final whistle, Onyekuru took to social media to thank the travelling supporters and stated that the Lions will bounce back.
“Thank you to the traveling supporters that made the journey tonight. It was a close game but unfortunate result. We will bounce back.”
