West Ham boss Slaven Bilic has urged the transfer of Besiktas winger Gokhan Tore to go ahead according to Fanatik.
The report claims that Bilic is keen on the transfer and that he has contacted Tore and the Hammers regarding an update.

“We received a loan offer with a buyout clause option which we rejected,” Orman stated in his press-conference.
The Hammers are still in talks with the Black Eagles over a permanent transfer deal but a deal has yet to be agreed.
